$$$ Starting wage is $22.15 hr. with step increases to $26.15 hr. + 3.50/hr freezer premium.

Maximum salary is typically earned after only 4 months of successful training and production! 12 month commitment for premium freezer positions.

$$$Paid $5,000 Retention Bonus*

• $500 ($50 paid each week during 10-week Training)
• $500 (Paid upon successful raining completion)
• $2,000 (Paid after working 2080 hrs.)
• $2,000 (Paid after working 4160 hrs.

* Retention bonus is tied to your production and attendance. You must be meeting production and attendance expectations to qualify.

Warehouse Workers are active throughout their day working independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products using powered pallet jacks. You will palletize cases (how good at Tetris are you?) and prepare pallets to ship to your local store. All while being a safety champion.

Reliability is key, as you are part of a larger team that will depend on you to be punctual and deliver on a daily basis.
