Job Description
Production Workers accomplish their tasks by manual operation of equipment in an assembly process. They perform functions as described by organizational instructions, operating the specified equipment or following production procedures as instructed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Read and understand Work Orders and perform work as assigned by department supervision.

· Sew, stuff, cable, and operate machinery to assemble materials to produce finished goods.

· Work in a fast-paced environment to complete tasks with consideration for quality and attention to detail. Complete tasks within allocated time.

· Maintain accurate records of work accomplished using company software.

· Ability to work extra hours when necessary to include extra hours and weekends.

· Self-motivated and work with moderate to low level of supervision.

· Function in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

· Rotate through all the tasks required in the production process. Become efficient in each process.

· Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.

· Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.

· Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment.

· Attach appropriate labels or tags to finished products.

· Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected. Notify supervisor of any malfunctions.

· Load and unload items from machines and containers.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area.

· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.

Pay Increase Opportunities

All employees start at $15.00/hour. Pay increases will be earned as employee certifies at each workstation (6). Full certification can increase pay an additional $2.35/hourly.

Daily Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Will require working late and some Saturdays as deemed necessary by supervision.
