Position Overview: Responsible for various cleaning and upkeep duties within a busy manufacturing environment. Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Work Shift/Hours: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Typical Job Duties: Safe operation of all on-site material handling equipment, including floor sweeper/scrubber, etc. Empty all trash cans and gaylords as needed. Corrugate management including safe operation of all bailing equipment. Assistance with all general housekeeping in the warehouse, including assistance with spill clean-up, etc. Assist with all housekeeping requirements during equipment preventative maintenance initiatives. Maintain Housekeeping Log documentation as required. Sign off and date log when tasks are completed. Job Abilities and Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Ability to work alone with minimal supervision; Ability to safely operate corrugate compactors and bailers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk & stand between 8-12 hours/day; Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment; Ability to work mandatory overtime including weekends as required; Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Regular use of hands, wrists & forearms.
