We believe success comes from treating people like family. Join the HODGE team in Kernersville, NC. As a Warehouse Kit Technician, you'll be responsible for the picking of parts that need to be put into their proper containers or racks prior to being sent to the production line from the warehouse.

Here we focus on receiving, repacking, and storing material from a global supply base. When our customer needs the parts, we safely and efficiently pick the parts using heavy industrial equipment and ship it to them just-in-time.

Full-time hours available:
- 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) overtime as needed
- 3rd shift (10:30 pm - 7:00 am) overtime as needed
What You'll Do
- Operate all material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner (forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
- Pick parts using a tablet and deliver parts to proper locations on assembly line
- Verify correct part numbers and quantities
- Review kits for any changes and build kits to specifications
- Submit inventory problems and location changes to Kitting Coordinator
- Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned area
- Maintain records and complete paperwork
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific PPE and safety requirements
What You Need
- An awesome attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education preferred
- Forklift experience highly desired, but on the job, training provided
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
- RF Scan gun experience a plus
- SAP experience highly desired
