Position: Warehouse & Field Operations Support

Job Description:

Forward Final Mile is seeking a capable and career-oriented individual to fulfil a dynamic and multifaceted Warehouse and Field Operations Support role in our location.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform daily pre-calls and communicate with routing and invoicing departments
• Effectively communicate with Builders, GCs, and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Route monitor and remotely assist delivery and installation teams
• Review exit documentation and address discrepancies in real time
• Execute detailed evaluations on appliance installation teams in the field
• Accurately update orders for billing
• Process and prepare freight for shipments/RTVs
• Update inventory daily
• Assist with daily warehouse functions as needed
• Must be able to produce or quickly obtain certification and safely operate clamp truck/forklift and other machinery as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Dedicated team player
• Time management and organization skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• The position is Monday-Friday
• Must be flexible to work overtime and an occasional weekend day
• Must have clamp truck and general freight handling knowledge
• Must be 18 or older

Skills:

• The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
