Visual Merchandiser Manager Job at The Exchange
The Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is hiring for Retail Visual Merchandising Manager to work in our Travis AFB Exchange, Fairfield, CA .

Job Description
- Plan, design, establish and/or maintain an efficient and effective visual marketing program including signing, display, merchandise presentation and space utilization for Exchange facilities.
- Interpret, coordinate and ensure implementation of policies and procedures relating to the VM program.
Job Qualifications
3 years’ experience in graphics, advertising, visual merchandising, commercial art and/or design which includes one year supervisory experience.
Ability to operate laminators, cutters and printers.
Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):
· ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE - Preferred
· MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Preferred
· PHOTOSHOP - Preferred
· VISUAL MERCHANDISING TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE - Preferred
· VMF - Preferred
Major Duties
- Maintain displays and signing according to VM program.
- Maneuver merchandise and/or other materials to create displays and signing.
- Attend meetings with operations squad, reorder associates and sales and marketing managers.
- Supervise associates.
Work Challenges
Climb and work from ladders
Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds
Exposure to various indoor/ outdoor climates
May use scissor lift.
