Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital, located in Whitsett, NC is seeking a friendly, pet-loving Veterinary Assistant to join our team

The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service for our clients and their owners
- Triaging, handling, and restraining patients
- Utilizing diagnostic tools including lab and x-ray equipment
- Performing laboratory procedures
- Educating, supporting, and comforting pet owners
- Managing exam rooms and digital record keeping
- Administer vaccines
- Recover patients from surgery
- Wrap surgical packs and prep/sanitize surgical instruments as requested
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Some experience handling cats and dogs
