Requires a Master’s degree in clinical counseling, social work, or other mental health related field. Candidates are expected to have or be eligible to obtain State Board licensure. (LPC, LMFT, LADC-MH, LBP, LCSW.) This position provides assessments and treatment planning to children and adolescents (ages 5-17). Must have the ability to diagnose, intervene, and effectively refer persons in need of mental health services. Will provide clinical counseling/behavioral health care services to individuals and families admitted to the Urgent Recover Center (URC) on a consistent and regular basis throughout their stay. The services provided will be in line with education, training and/or experience. A successful candidate will be able to engage clients in the intake process and provide a welcoming environment for them to begin behavioral health services. Covid vaccinations are required and exemption forms are available upon request to be submitted for approval.

*On-Call schedule will be varied between Friday 5:00 pm thru Monday 7:00 am*
