- Salary Range: 80K to 120K based on qualifications, skills, and experience
- Visualizing various features and functions on multiple platforms
- Visual explorations by developing a diversity of styles and their details in high quality
- Convey and present design concepts clearly and concisely
- Exploration of visual behavior (motion and transitions)
- Asset production and preparing deliverables
- Sketching, visualizing and prototyping concepts
- Active learning and adapting expertise from seniors
- Guidance for Trainees and Juniors
- Contributing and supporting the team in hands-on project work.
- Taking over responsibility for executing small projects or parts of bigger projects (with mentorship of more senior staff)
- Presenting your work to clients (mostly peer level)
- Constant and active learning
- Effectively estimate level of effort
- Prioritize your work based on complexity and value
- Becoming an expert and representing thought leadership topic as assigned
- Gaining leadership experience by being responsible for leading Juniors or Trainees and interns with specific tasks, or parts of projects (with mentorship of more senior staff)
- Degree in design or comparable vocational training /
- Experience in designing interfaces for different platforms
- Capability of pixel perfectness as well as visual exploration and interest in continuous improvement of ideas and outputs
- Conceptual and analytical thinking for a range of communication design needs
- Working knowledge of design principles and terminology of user interface design
- Structured and tactical way of working on multiple projects in parallel
- Knowledge of design fundamentals, UI design heuristics
- Strong skills with color, proportion, layouts and details
- Solid software skills (Sketch, Adobe CC Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Office, Prototyping tools)
- Basic knowledge of 3D (e.g. Cinema 4D) and/or motion design (e.g. After Effects, Flinto or Principle)
- Team player personality
- Willing to travel
