Trucking Company Office Clerk and Dispatcher Job at Dwight Peterson Lowbed Service
Representing two small Companies for same owner: Phone calls primarly will be for the Lowbed Service.
Responsible for answering phones, taking detailed notes, ordering Caltrans permits and other county permits, communicating to owner. Detailed communication to both customers and drivers (M-F 8 am to 5pm). willng to pay overtime for seasonal phone calls on weekends to customers and owner. (grape harvest time)
Must be well organized and strong in communication. Skilled at online quickbooks. Preparing invoices for customer billing, preparing deposits, daily tasks such as postal services pickup and entering all daily profits into quickbooks. Quick learner and able to problem solve with little support.
OSHA compliance over sight. DMV, and other registrations to maintain for both businesses.
Must take direction well and work good under pressure.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
