Town & Country Realty in Cary, NC is looking to hire a Transaction Manager. We pay 50K-75K and provide great benefits. The typical schedule is in office 8:30 to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General Office Duties
- Jump in and help prepare documents to send out for signatures. Our goal is to get at least one thing signed every day.
- Maintain Brivity 'Activities' for all listings before Wednesday's weekly team meeting.
- Communicate with Mike and delegate to Project Manager to manage workflow as needed
- Knowledge of Listing Activities and Closing activities and other positions when they are out of office.
- Schedule Mike's appointments on the shared Google Calendar
- Job Specific Duties
- Buyer/Listing Prospect Activities Include:
- Enter prospect into Paragon
- Set up search criteria for the Buyer and Monitor for potential matches, call clients to be sure they saw the home, see if appt should be set
- Buyer/Listing Prospect Activities Include:
- Enter into Top Producer
- Set up appointments through Showing Time when requested
- Monthly updates to Homelight/Referral Exchange, and other referrals
- Entering HomeLight/Referral Exchange/Fast Exper leads
- Incoming leads - yellow folders for sellers, buyers in TP
QUALIFICATIONS
- Real Estate Experience
- NC Real Estate Broker License
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attentive and detail-oriented
- **Knowledge of CRM platforms, Gmail/Google Drive, Social Media, Zip-forms, DocuSign, and Triangle MLS a plus.
