This is an entry-level position in our Training Division. This position is based in San Antonio, TX and requires in-person work.

- Knowledge of Smartsheet and JotForm
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Order supplies and maintain inventory for in-person training events (this includes lifting and carrying boxes up to 20 pounds)
- Prepare classrooms for in-person training events
- Assist with logistics and coordination for training events
- Organize daily schedules for training events
- Mail supplies to off-site training events
- Track interest and confirmed attendees
