The ideal candidate will be committed to meeting customer expectations and providing reliable information and services. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of customers cell site which includes but not limited to swapping out antenna, radio’s, PIM testing and any other troubleshooting necessary to correct the problem.

Must be local to market or willing to relocate. Per diem is not paid as this is a local job, home ever night! However, if we stay out for any reason per diem will be paid.

Requirements:

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Not afraid of heights
• Climbing certification (preferred)
• RF Certifications (preferred)
• OSHA30/ OSHA10 (preferred)
• CPR/First aid (preferred)
• Verizon Wireless experience. (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Install, test and maintain network hardware, coax, fiber and related equipment.
• Provide technical support by liaising with vendors’ service centers to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ability to run test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain 100% safety procedures and inspect climbing gear and tools before use.
• Upgrade, Install, or replace antennas/radio's etc.
• Travel throughout the market with limited overnight stays.
• Climb cell phone towers 100-300 ft using climbing gear, harness, and safety gear while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the company per OSHA and any other standards required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
