• Coordinate real estate closings with clients and counterparties on bulk transactions
• Communicate accurately and punctually with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and others.
• Effectively deliver and manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing requirements and processes across multiple clients.
• Review and summarize requirements as listed on title commitments. Work closely with the team to clear the title.
• Prepare residential Settlement Statements and/or Closing Disclosure and other closing documents.
• Work with the Disbursement team to disburse closing proceeds in accordance with parties’ instructions and applicable law.
• Work closely with the post-closing manager to coordinate the recording of applicable closing documents and the issuance of title insurance policies.
• Perform post-closing management and shipping of electronic and hard copies of transaction files.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including but not limited to internal operations teams, clients, outside counsel, and title agent partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• A Baccalaureate degree is preferred.
• 2+ years experience in title insurance, preferably with experience in the single-family rental space
• Work under general supervision.
• Basic knowledge and ability to work in excel.
• National closing experience is preferable.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust to develop, and maintain strong relationships with business partners across all levels of stakeholders.
