The Black Wall Street is looking for a local Tik Tok content creator and marketer who lives and breathes the platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about Marketing, Advertising and understands our target audience. They're a trendsetter, the authority of what is on-trend. They're goal-oriented, results-driven, and work well on a team as well as independently. They are resourceful, engaging, organized, and flexible. They understand brand aesthetics and are able to create content that can be used on multi-channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work with our remote in-house content creator to make Reels and TikTok's
• Help Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, on TikTok and Instagram.
• Create shareable content that is in line with our social media strategy
• Brainstorm campaign ideas to engage audiences
• Help implement the influencer marketing strategy

Qualifications:

• The right candidate should have working knowledge and experience on both TikTok and IG and have the skills to create great content
• You love storytelling on TikTok and Instagram
• You have a passion for content marketing
• You believe in taking action and creating results, not making excuses
• 0-1 years of social media management
• 6 months - 1 year of creating Tik Tok experience (personal or business is okay)
• Intermediate or advanced experience with Instagram and TikTok, and social posting platforms
• Excellent communication (written, oral, interpersonal) and grammar skills
• Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
• Working towards acquiring a Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing, or business fields

Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

• Develop new and creative highly engaging content to grow our Tik Tok audiences
• Be one of the faces of our company on TikTok to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness, follower growth, and sales conversion
• Work alongside our in-house content creator to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
• Keep up with the latest social media trends including but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc.
• Strong creativity and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space.
• Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
• High-level understanding of TikTok platform and video editing
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date in different social media trends and best practices
• Able to create one Tik Tok video per day
• Committed to brand growth

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.49 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

• Mercer Island, WA 98040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)
