Purpose

The Thread Rolling Operator is responsible for the set-up and operation of thread rolling machinery and achieving company and ISO 9000 quality policies.

-Income is Paid Weekly

Essential Functions

• Set up machines.
• Operate thread rolling machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material.
• Move material to the next workstation
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Physical/Environmental Demands

• Typical production environment with daily lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Daily lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent exposure to machine coolants, oils, smoke and dust.

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

Background/Training/Skills/Experience

-One to three years related experience or training.

-Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions, and be able to interact with multiple personality types.

-Ability to read and interpret blue prints.

-Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.

-Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
