Position: Therapist – Child & Adolescent

Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Purpose:

To provide direct clinical and consultation services, individual, family, and group therapy for clients who are receiving treatment in our Child & Adolescent program. Will complete treatment plans, assessments, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned. To provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and families for our Hammond location. Telehealth opportunities/work from home, if licensed.

Pay Range: $18.87 - $24.54 (Depending on Experience and Licensure)

Position Requirements:

MUST BE LICENSE ELIGIBLE

· MA/MS - Therapist II or III

· MA/MS/MSW, 1 year of experience, and a valid LMFT, LCAC, or LMHC - Therapist III

· MSW, 2 years of experience, and a valid LCSW - Social Worker

• Public Student Loan Forgiveness: Forgives the remaining balance on your federal Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.
• Loan Repayment Eligibility (Two years of full-time service at an approved site qualifies for up to $50,000 of assistance for student loan repayment. (Providers: Physician, Dentist, Dental Hygienist, Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Physician Assistant)

Covid Vaccine: Required unless you have a Medical and Religious exemption that is approved prior to starting.
