Boasso Global, a premier intermodal service company providing transportation and tank container services. We are currently seeking an experienced Terminal Manager to provide leadership and management direction at our Chicago, IL location.

This position requires a well-rounded knowledge of the transportation industry, more specifically dispatch operations and support services. The position will provide onsite leadership, ensure compliance with all company processes, procedures, and government regulations while demonstrating proficiency in all phases of operations. Knowledge of budget preparation and control, monthly financial statements, and strong management skills related to dispatch, company and owner-operator truck drivers, operations, truck and chassis maintenance, customer service, and billing, is required to meet business needs as well as ensure the terminal's success.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 to 4 years experience with bulk container transport, prior intermodal experience preferred. Candidates must also be familiar with safety and DOT compliance, have knowledge of HazMat, be computer literate and possess strong leadership attributes, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
