Job Description
Role Name- Technical Manager
Target Band- C2
Location- Anywhere in USA (Pref Nashville)
Relevant 15+ Years of experience in heading the vast network Data and security support
Should have core hands on experience in handling the troubleshooting in Cisco, Palo alto, Aruba, checkpoints.
Should have core experience in managing the onshore and offshore managed services support
Should have core experience on Network cloud service operations
Should have strong verbal and written English communication and soft skill – role required his/her to interact with executive leadership
Should have proved track record of team and vendor management
Should have great exposure on ITIL best practices mainly (Change management, problem management and incident management)
Should have a sound acumen of provide the domain level consulting to customer to help support them in there transformational journey
Working hours
Mon till Friday – USA CT hours
Flexible working expected – during major outages and key changes schedule on weekends
