- Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment.
- Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot problems.

- Not required but post-secondary technical training/ certification from a trade or vocational school; appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration is a plus.
- Not required but 1-2 years of experience, knowledge of appliance service, repair, and installation is a plus. elevant education in electrical or electronics. Automotive, aircraft or mechanical engineering also acceptable.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- National certification from the ISCET. (a plus)
- Previous factory appliance training. (a plus)
- Electrical background. (a plus)
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license for the state of WS and clean driving record.
- Not required EPA certification is a plus.
- Ability to occasionally lift to 70 lbs.
