Job Title: Technical Project Manager, MVNO

Responsibilities:

• Technical Mobile Project Manager acts as a Point of Contact for MVNO/MNO engagement supporting Mobile Product, Development, Delivery, Test, Engineering and Operations Teams.
• Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery.
• Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
• Facilitates communication and coordination among projects.
• Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide functional, operational, and product knowledge to Wireless MVNO integrations for Cable MSOs
• Drive requirements, design and architecture with cross functional teams – product, network architects and engineers, IT architects and engineers, and various back-office teams for successful development and implementation of the requirements.
• Apply functional expertise and client interaction skills in order to ensure engagement productivity, increase efficiencies for clients, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Manage conflicting priorities in an efficient manner while balancing demands across the business unit.
• Work under minimal supervision and will be required to exhibit leadership ability and mentorship to team members.
• Responsible for supporting all phases of project and delivery lifecycle management

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
• MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) or Tier-1 Mobile Network experience
• 4+ years of experience participating in cross-functional large-scale operational projects, operational processes and/or systems implementation
• 4+ years of program/project managerial experience in a functional operation at a communications service provider (e. g., Cable MSO, Telco, Cellular, Satellite)
• Experience and or knowledge of creating product requirements of MVNO products and driving solution design and architecture with cross functional teams.
• Passion & understanding of wireless technologies (e.g. 5G Architecture, Private LTE, CBRS, Virtualized Networks), End-to-End Wireless Ecosystem (Devices, RAN, Backhaul, Mobile Core, OSS/BSS and Customer Experience) and relevant vendors and OEMs.
• Success on delivering complex projects for communication providers
• Experience on core consulting capabilities like: requirements, testing, implementations, deployments, change management, etc.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, business process re-engineering and/or project management required
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to provide stakeholder engagement among the Business, Technology and Development teams
• Must be a self-starter and able to learn quickly

Compensation and Benefits:

For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $85,000 to $110,000/yr.
