Technical Product Leader - Energy Storage (Battery/Solar) Job at Aggreko, LLC
Why this job:
You will be the Global technical authority for all small/medium energy storage products (below 1MW in size). You will continuously identify technical and operational innovations to ensure our products (either supplied or developed in-house) keep pace with market needs and are ahead of competitors. You will address how we use Lithium batteries with diesel and gas generator sets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; in standalone applications; and how we should pair energy storage with solar in hybrid applications.

The skills you will bring:
You will have a degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
You will have a broad technical knowledge of battery energy storage systems, including Li-Ion chemistries, power electronics and control systems.
This role is preferably to be based in Glasgow, but remote work is a possibility.
