We are currently searching for a Team Leader for Adult Case Management on our Elkhart campus. This position also provides direct clinical work to children, adolescents, and families. Primary responsibilities include:
We are currently searching for a Team Leader for Adult Case Management on our Elkhart campus. This position also provides direct clinical work to children, adolescents, and families. Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of bachelor’s level care facilitators
- Build and maintain a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of team billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget
- Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and make recommendations for treatment
- Provide individual, family and group therapy
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn
- Some evening hours are expected

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A eligible, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred. 2 years clinical and leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
