We are seeking a Talent Delivery Partner for RN Recruitment in Wausau, Wisconsin.This position requires an onsite training period, but is a work from home opportunity in the state of Wisconsin. The Talent Delivery Partner serves as a Business Partner to management in all areas regarding all strategic Talent and recruiting needs including but not limited to; sourcing candidates, networking, pipeline cultivation, administering phone interviews, candidate delivery and workforce planning. This position is supported by a Talent Representative, and will recruit for Registered Nurses.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business and/or Human Resources discipline.
• 5 years progressive Talent and HR practice experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM – CP or equal encouraged.
• Talent Delivery, Workforce Planning, Strategic, Business Development, Marketing, Critical Thinking, Communication, Customer Service and Collaboration competence.

Hours: Full time Benefit package available, 40 Hours per week, Day Shift etc
