Better Life Partners is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help us source and hire world-class talent in an effort to support our growth. We are looking for an innovative and motivated problem solver to fully own the talent acquisition process across various departments and roles. This is an exciting full-time position with a rapidly growing company that will be loaded with challenges, excitement, and opportunity.

While this position is fully remote, this individual must be based in the Eastern time zone. Occasional travel may be required for recruiting events, etc.

Responsibilities:

As one of our first members of the People Operations team, you will play a key role in developing and managing the recruitment process at Better Life Partners. Some of the core responsibilities include:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process for software engineers, clinicians, and various other roles throughout the organization
  • Partner with HR and Leadership to understand and plan for staffing and talent needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leads to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Develop and manage candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing strategies, inclusive of networking, industry relationships, social media, etc.
  • Own all aspects of full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, resume review, applicant processing, screening, interviewing, facilitating offers, and providing a positive candidate experience
  • Advise/coach leadership on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Effectively communicate with candidates and leadership while setting attainable expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify ways to incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives into the recruitment process
  • Utilize TA technology, including Applicant Tracking System JazzHR, to maintain and improve candidate tracking and recruitment metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter (agency or corporate) handling technical and/or healthcare roles
  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth, startup environment is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
  • Proven experience using traditional and creative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates that will enhance our culture, mission, and vision
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, particularly in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to implement and drive change while inspiring leadership to embrace changes
  • Experience implementing, building and managing recruitment tools and metrics
  • Experience juggling high-volume job requisitions
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to build a proactive, diverse pipeline
  • Must have the ability to thrive in fast-paced, self managed environments

This is a full-time, exempt position. The starting salary range for this position is $61k - $81k annually.

This position is fully remote (work from home).

Work from home requirements:

  • Must have internet service with minimum upload/download ability.
  • Company will provide equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset) plus a remote work stipend.
  • Must have a quiet space to speak to members with minimal background noise.
  • Must understand the importance of protected health information and ensure any data/information is not visible to others.
