Job Summary
The Systems Support Analyst I is responsible for all aspects of systems support by assessing and resolving end users’ application and hardware related issues. Among these responsibilities are receiving support requests from end users, collecting information using a variety of support tools, and working with other analysts as needed. At all times, Systems Support Analyst I’s must provide an excellent customer-service experience for users and resolve support tickets in a timely manner. The Systems Support Analyst I is the first point of contact for support of Community Bridges, Inc. IT systems. This will include implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting of all desktops, laptop, tablet, printer and cellular phones as well as creating, managing, and disabling user accounts, email, Teams, door control FOB, Telemed assistance, remote user assistance (VPN), and all other software and systems used by each department.

Skills/Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the following areas:
- Active Directory and be able to do the following:
- Add, block, unblock user accounts
- Reset user passwords
- Add/remove group membership
- TS basic GPO issues
- O365 applications and user rights
- TS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Add/remove O365 licenses
- Ability to guide non-technical on-site staff through TS session including:
- Switch issues
- WIFI issues
- Router/Internet Issues
- Power cycling equipment
- Supporting Windows 10
- Use RMM tools
- View monitoring tools
- TS Network issues
- VPN
- Citrix Connection
- On-site network issues
- Must be able to Add/Change and close O365 Email
