Job Description Summary:
The Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Program Coordinator will support Swinerton in its journey to be the industry leader in corporate responsibility by coordinating and managing project logistics, collecting and reporting data, and delivering training programs.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support development of Swinerton’s industry-leading sustainability and corporate responsibility vision, goals, strategies, and governance in partnership with Corporate Responsibility team
- Support and monitor new strategic sustainability initiatives focused on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy use, and water use with multiple stakeholders across Company
- Manage sustainability and DEI data tracking and reporting program in accordance with global standards
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from a wide variety of sources to identify, articulate, and visualize key trends impacting sustainability and ESG landscape
- Perform research on federal, state, and local incentives for energy efficiency or sustainability-related projects
- Develop processes and/or guide internal teams to improve sustainability in our offices and at projects
- Assist in processing community grants and managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
- Assist with creating sustainability, philanthropy, and DEI collateral and content
- Prepare briefing materials and presentations on sustainability and DEI metrics and initiatives
- Support internal and external communications to foster a culture of corporate responsibility and strengthen Swinerton’s ESG brand
- Assist in managing logistics, events, scheduling, project coordination, and communications for Corporate Responsibility team
- Travel to division office and jobsite areas as required, up to 30% of time
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, preferred
- Work or academic experience in sustainability within built environment, including knowledge of LEED certification and green building standards, preferred
- USGBC certifications, preferred
- Experience with global ESG reporting standards, preferred
- Data collection and analysis skills, preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with high degree of empathy
- Ability to thrive in a teamwork-driven environment, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to travel, up to 30% of time
