Onboarding Required

  • Hands on, structured and supported sales training
  • Learning all international functions and systems, including operations, administration, customer service and sales
  • Exposure to the wider business, including warehousing, international forwarding and local cartage (understanding of the global business – who we are and what we do)
  • Attendance at internal and external sales skills training sessions
  • Involvement in Group state sales meetings and conferences
  • Weekly debrief with the Sales Manager

Skills & Experience

For this particular role, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about a career in sales. You may already be in a customer service or internal sales role now, wanting to take that next step to consultatively sell business solutions. We value individuality, personality and energy. A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation, punctuality and attention to detail. The right person will have a strong internal drive to succeed, showing initiative to develop their knowledge. Being a team player is paramount!

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
