POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Analyst assists in providing direction and hands-on involvement for interacting systems such as customer order entry, GCS, purchasing, manufacturing, and shipping. Obtain data and prepare reports for management as requested. Reports generally routine in nature but may involve some customization. Assists in process creation for the optimization of quality, delivery and cost.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Is the source for information and technical assistance on how the customer order fulfillment, purchasing and planning system(s) work and interact.
Is the source for information and technical assistance on many modules of the ERP. Trouble-shoots problem situations.
Assists with finished good planning processes and overall inventory management to optimize inventory and OTD.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports that analyze KPI data
Assists with action plans, root cause and countermeasures for KPIs and PD objectives.
Participate in and/or facilitate kaizen or improvement project teams
Performs item master maintenance, and customer order management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in supply chain, statistics, or related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel required
Experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
Experience with reporting writing software (e.g., Discover, Noetix, Crystal Reports, etc) preferred
Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Oracle) required
Experience in manufacturing preferred
Experience with Global Distribution preferred

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING

Hach will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, and Federal Law.
The hourly rate or salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
