We have a growth opportunity within our ESD Testing group. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who will be responsible initial consultation with customers to define the device problems, developing and executing analyses, and communicating results, as well as providing technical leadership and laboratory/project organization for assigned staff performs more complex experimentation and training, while functioning as a supervisor in the laboratory.
This role is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) therefore all accepted applicants must be U.S. person. U.S. Person is a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., "Green Card Holder"), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical knowledge about ESD and latch-up testing of integrated circuit parts as a ESD Test Engineer developing and debugging HBM, MM, CDM, TLP, and Latch-up tests.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable working with customer design groups to understand new requirements for ESD device characterization and test by defining scope of work, clarify information, and resolve issues.
- Experience with defining processes to improve productivity and quality of the ESD team.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
