Implant Direct is seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager to establish and grow our lead generation engine within in our core markets.
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven marketing leader to define, develop, and execute a strategy to drive the company’s revenue growth via demand generation in core markets.
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Director, Value Implants, the Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for leveraging customer insights to define opportunities for growth within Marketing. This role will have a least one direct report on the Marketing team. This individual will have direct ownership over stimulating demand within North American markets to help fill sales funnels. Marketing will be a core growth driver for Implant Direct. The Strategic Marketing Manager will be a leader within the marketing organization and will work closely with Implant Direct’s commercial teams to define the next chapter of Marketing and lead the organization forward.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute North America Demand Generation Strategy
- Deliver Marketing generated revenue targets through lead generation in North America contributing to overall Implant Direct growth targets
- Work closely with the marketing team to deploy campaigns across North America consistent with brand guidelines and voice/tone
- Develop actionable customer insights based on keen understanding of North American customer & competitors
- Transform lead generation results via segmenting customer base and appealing to clinicians with differentiated messaging, campaigns, imagery, testimonials, etc.
- Create and execute plan for marketing in North America; own the budget for marketing and prioritize spend based on areas of impact
- Leverage EBS tools such as Kaizen, Problem Solving Process (PSP), Daily Management (DM) to drive customer engagement through lead cycle with full traceability to revenue
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the org (sales, product management, Inside Sales), Marketing team members and to gain alignment and traction across priorities
- Monitor and track the performance of inbound lead generation efforts via both daily management and monthly bowlers
- Identify gaps in performance, implement countermeasures where necessary to meet marketing growth targets
- Maintain or increase quality of leads as defined by the conversion rate of lead to opportunity
- Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting tools (Tableau) to generate reports to inform decision making and strategy development
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:·
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- 4 or more years’ experience in marketing, sales, or similar; including defining and deploying commercial strategy
- Experience in medical, dental, vision or similar field a plus

- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong critical thinker with a demonstrated track record of problem solving
- Ability to both create strategy and execute tactically
- Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to create and test hypotheses via pilot programs, iterate, and use data to drive thoughtful decision making
- Customer-focused with the ability to distill actionable customer insights from broader market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency using Excel, used to develop and articulate viewpoints and insights
- Ability to gain followership, build consensus and collaborate within marketing and across business functions
- Facility with data and ability to use to uncover insights and drive decisions about daily and strategic priorities
- Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.)

Target Market Salary Range:
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
