WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop strategies to drive your business.
- Motivate and inspire your team to provide excellence in merchandising presentation , customer experience, and operational execution.
- Provide leadership and direction to your team by creating an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity, and profitability .
- Address challenges such as sales, profitability, and staff management, while leading and inspiring a customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding your team.
- Identify opportunities to leverage and maximize sales and monitor KPIs to create accountability in achieving company goals.
- Supervise the Assistant Manager and team , ensuring all tasks are completed .
- Attend monthly meetings and complete weekly reports .
- Implement at least one new marketing tactic each week.
- Maintain inventory and marketing levels with accurate ordering and zero customer complaints regarding missing products.
- Ensure drop safe and cash drawer accuracy 100% of the time and making bank deposits .
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have at least a High School Diploma with 2 years of Store Management experience. Knowledge of the CBD industry is a plus!
- Kn ow how to build, lead, and train a successful team while meeting and exceeding sales and profit results.
- Are committed to a high standard of integrity.
