The Role
As a valued member of the Information Technology team, the Senior Titan Business Analyst serves as a Titan functional subject matter expert and is responsible for partnering with the JELD-WEN business functional area(s) to identify based solutions that address business opportunities/problems while ensuring the existing solutions continue to meet the daily operational needs. This hands-on role will engage with end-users, business leaders, IT infrastructure teams and IT application teams to understand opportunities and problems, and work with the appropriate parties to define, design, build and implement solutions.
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week). It will be based at JELD-WEN Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, but working remotely from a North America time zone is acceptable.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions on-time and within budget.
Collaborate with business users to define and document business requirements / user stories for new or enhanced Titan capabilities.
Create detailed business design specifications for new or enhanced Titan capabilities.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases (e.g. unit, integration, regression, user acceptance).
Train Titan business process owners and business process leads on new capabilities as needed.
Document standard work instructions.
Resolve Titan production issues leveraging Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft teams and SharePoint is desired.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree desired (preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or Systems Engineering) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education (e.g. Associates’ degree) and experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience building and deploying Titan solutions.
Minimum 5+ years in the Manufacturing Industry, preferably with a Doors & Windows manufacturer.
