An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Regional Sales Manager to represent the Fiplex by Honeywell line of business within the Life Safety Services business unit.
Please note: The prospective candidate must reside within the territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the introduction and conversion of the FIplex line of Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement System (ERCES) products, as well as enhancing the experience of the customers in the territory.
- Maintain and promote company quality objectives in all activities associated with conducting business.
- Create a territory marketing plan to include maintain existing business and to identify and develop new business partners and opportunities to meet or exceed financial goals for the year.
- Create and maintain key account plans for the territory to support growth with key partners.
- Create, maintain, and develop relationships with Systems Integrators, Engineered Systems Distributors (ESD’s), engineers, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ’s), and end users. Educate these groups regardless of their level of understanding.
- Research and report on competitive product and marketing information.
- Develop and present information on new product and / or new releases to integrators, distributors, end users, engineers, etc.
- Using market data such as REED to identify target areas.
- Track all activities and opportunities in Salesforce.com
YOU MUST:
- Possess Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- A minimum of 5 years in outside sales and territory management.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Radio Frequency (RF) industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and travel 60-70% of the time.
