About the Role:
As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll use your extensive strategic knowledge to lead entire projects for the Marketing team, from conception to finality. You’ll do research, make recommendations for projects, and understand and articulate how our Marketing function can help the business achieve its objectives.

This job is a part of the Marketing functional area, which focuses on developing and implementing marketing programs to support brokers selling the organization’s products and services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and deliver projects. Using your extensive eye for business and marketing knowledge, you will research and develop project ideas, share those ideas, contextualize them in terms of this business and its goals, get feedback, and then deliver quality results. You will not merely complete specific tasks, but instead will coordinate full projects from beginning to end including materials such as brochures, email marketing, advertisements, logo concepts, flyers, etc.
  • Work well with many viewpoints. You’ll be working closely with the full marketing team and leaders as well as graphic designers. You’ll also interact with our internal partners, market leaders, brokers, platform partners, and support staff, and may need to connect with internal or external partners, as well. There will be many competing priorities and opinions.
  • Apply an eye for design and notice when details are off. Sometimes you will be making edits to existing files in InDesign. You will need the ability to work closely with a graphic designer to manage a project.
  • Marketing. Your talents with B2B marketing, business strategy and project management will be crucial for success.
  • Quality control and proofreading. Writing and creating content based on conversations or interviews while balancing contending priorities and managing timelines and expectations.
  • Learn all about the CBRE platform, technologies, and reporting and help connect the dots/help brokers demonstrate these items for their success in the context of marketing projects.
  • Give to meetings. We want to hear your ideas, research, and progress updates. Be willing to speak up and sometimes explain or persuade others about the benefits of your project recommendations.
What You’ll Need:
  • To thrive in this role, you have a minimum of 4 years of related work experience and a true business approach with a desire to understand the business and industry you work in, and how you can give as a marketing team to the company's success.
  • Be familiar with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office on day one.
  • Ready to lead full projects day in and day out, and demonstrate this with aspects of projects or processes you led previously.
  • Think on your feet. Priorities change, how can you adapt and still deliver results?
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
