SR Manager Commercial Strategy and Operations, Foodservice (Water & Nutrition) Job at The Coca-Cola Company

As the Senior Manager CSO Foodservice, you will serve as the major intersection in the organization between category/brand teams ops teams, work with franchise/foodservice sales teams to communicate initiatives to bottlers and customer teams. The role also acts as the primary source of feedback to the brand/category from customers, channels and geographic teams in addition to managing any issues requiring alignment across FSOP; supporting commercial in delivery of category plans. They will role will also develop capabilities and tools to enable front line selling.
This role reports to the Director Category Commercial Strategy and Operations
What You’ll Do for Us
- Represent and serve as the subject matter expert (lead) across the Frozen & Dispensed innovation within the FSOP channel by collaborating with system and cross functional teams to bring the portfolio of brands to life in customer outlets
- Ensure representation of the FSOP stakeholder needs are part of the brand strategies, programs and scope and are turned into actionable plans
- Lead end to end commercial plans and development of selling tools that enable and drive best in class market execution for all dispensed brands
- Flavor cards, arden squares, sell sheets, product graphics, resource tools, etc.
- Develop and manage the Dispensed FSOP channel calendars.
- Collaborate with prioritized FSOP customers with identified dispensed opportunities and function as the SME for category
- Support system planning routines (VOM, Ready to Sell and Execute) as well as serve on the PM team and function as the SME for NRA, NACS, CinemaCon
- Build system capabilities on foodservice programs
- Lead system communication on the commercialization of broad-based category initiatives
- Create or build dispensed capability tools to empower brand and customer teams to lead dispensed conversations.
Leverage proper channels to launch innovation capability training across system.
- Create dispensed innovation selling stories by channel within FS&OP
How to fit in the ICEE partnership into this, knowing this is specific to my/frozen role:
- Partner with ICEE as a strategic lead delivering insights, innovation, and commercialization.
- Lead product selection and coordinating equipment execution for major tradeshows to showcase the category and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other Graduate Degree Preferred
- 5-10 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
- Leadership and experience working across multiple channels – e.g., large store, small store, and Foodservice/On Premise channels
- Brand/category management experience
- Proven track record of ability to not only embrace change, but to drive it
- Collaborating with brand/category teams and other key internal/external stakeholders; effective in influencing wide variety of stakeholders
- Effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels; communicates long-term vision and shorter-term opportunities through clear & simple messages.
Preferred
- 10-15 Years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
- General management experience
- Customer/Sales management experience
