Job Description

Drives customer-facing projects to identify transformational improvement opportunities in customer supply chains against customer's business objectives, market mega trends and driving insights to generate significant customer value, and reach step-change in customer's supply chain performance, whilst tapping into DHL logistics market place, wherever possible to drive 3PL business growth

Responsibilities

• Builds up relationship and trust with C-level stakeholders within DHL to identify suitable target customers for transformational "insights" engagement
• Builds up relationship and trust with C-level stakeholders on customer side to assess customer supply chain and make bold statements with regards to areas of improvement areas
• Leverages vast own supply chain expreience, newest trends on digitalization, ESG etc. to bring in game-changing improvement ideas for customer's supply chain
• Translates identified transformational opportunities into an analytical approach for validation
• Works with data scientists to build comprehensive business case for identified transformational opportunities
• Engages in cross-team collaboration to generate practical business case to be presented to customer for value creation, including link to DHL logistics market place
• Build and maintains effective cross-team collaboration within DHL Supply Chain and other DPDHL divisions (e.g., DSC, DGF, FRT, EXP, CSI, GSC, etc.)
• Systematically taps into DHL logistics market place ikn a compliant manner to enrich value towards customer, and strengthen business case
• Contributes with use cases and conceptual input to shape DSC's digital data management products
• Strictly follows compliance and legal requirements in the approach

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree, required
• 10+ years of professional experience in logistics industry either in warehousing, transportation, solutions design, commerce logistics or in the supply chain consulting, required
