Position:

We are seeking a full-time and/or PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to patients and work with their families in our skilled nursing and long-term care settings in Oklahoma City! We are looking for a therapist who will work closely with a dedicated therapy team to provide the best patient care we can. This position is an on-sight position and some remote work may be available as needed. We strive to give our therapists flexibility with their schedules that includes weekday and weekend hours available, and you can make your own schedule that suits you!

Job Description:

The Speech Therapist develops, organizes, conducts and/or oversees an individualized, medically prescribed speech therapy plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. The speech therapist provides preventative instruction and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged dysfunction with an emphasis on expressive and receptive language, cognition, and dysphasia to maximize safe and functional independence. The speech therapist functions as a member of the rehabilitation team; participates in in-service training; quality improvement initiatives; documentation; billing; ordering equipment and supplies; supervising/training staff; and other requested duties.

RehabSource is currently hiring for licensed therapists (PT, OT, ST) to work side by side with our skilled nursing facilities (SNF) partners to provide therapy to patients in both the skilled nursing and long-term care settings throughout the state of Oklahoma.
