The In-Store Team Member position is assigned to a location and responsible for performing tasks involving prep, cooking, cleaning, and cash handling. In addition, this position interacts with guests and provides great customer service to include, but not limited to, taking orders and resolving any guest issues in person and over the phone. The In-Store Team Member position reports directly to the General Manager.
General Job Duties
- Ensure proper prep levels are available each shift by following the prep guidelines for dough and
ingredients set by the manager on duty.
- Prepare and cook orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale to take orders and make cash or credit transactions.
- Control and maintain cash in assigned POS terminal by making accurate cash transactions with
guests.
- Complete cleaning tasks as assigned by the manager on duty, as well as consistently maintain a
clean and organized environment in the restaurant overall.
- Wash and store dishes
- Clean and maintain restrooms.
- Complete opening/closing checklists for In-Store position.
- Obtain and maintain a food handler’s certification within first 30 days of employment to stay up to
date on food safety regulations and provide safe and quality food to our guests.
- Obtain and maintain a TABC server/seller certification
- Any additional tasks assigned as needed by the manager on duty or General Manager
