ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Solutions Consultant to join our Strategy Team. In this role you will act as trusted advisor to the prospect, understanding how their business goals and challenges line up to our solution offering. Working as a team with our sellers, you will own the solution discovery, understand the business, data and integration requirements to provide them with the optimal product set. This person is someone we can count on to…

  • Support the sales process as the technical and product expert to help win new business
  • Serve as a the technical liaison during the handoff from sales to onboarding
  • Lead product training for the sales teams to support strong product knowledge & adoption
  • Capture market intelligence from pre-sales interactions to support the product team’s future development roadmap
  • Help respond to RFPs and other inquiries of the sales team as necessary.

Within 3 months this person will….

  • Become an expert in the ReviewTrackers typical customer and their business goals
  • Understand the Reputation Management Landscape and how we differentiate
  • Become an expert in the ReviewTrackers product suite

Within 6 months this person will….

  • Be extremely comfortable leading value focused demos and presentations to prospects
  • Be able to listen to a prospect’s goals and challenges and frame out the optimal combination of products that will provide value to their business

Within 12 months this person will….

  • Build out a Solutions Consultant Support Model for the organization
  • Create strong working relationships with all sellers
  • Continue to develop and uncover customer stories and use cases which can be used to sell to future customers

Growth Track

  • As this is the only Solutions Consulting role within the organization right now, you will be able to build out what the future of Solutions Consulting looks like within the ReviewTrackers organization and what the future model of support for our sellers looks like.

Who you will be working with:

  • Who they will be reporting to: Director of Sales Strategy and Performance
  • Who they will be working with on their team and cross-departmentally
  • Customer Growth Managers, Enterprise Account Executives, Partnership Development and Growth, Product and Sales Enablement

What we need from you:

  • 4+ years growing experience and expertise in a SaaS sales/product environment
  • Ability to operate independently and demonstrate leadership, responsibility and ownership within the pre-sales environment
  • A story teller with a passion for making complex topics simple to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable and confident with written, presentations, and verbal communication mediums
  • Familiarity with technical topics like RESTful APIs & automating data integrations
  • Knowledgeable about enterprise sales cycles and decision making
  • Must have exposure interacting with cross-functional teams, specifically sales and C-levels
  • Working knowledge of basic SQL a huge plus
  • This position may require occasional travel to client sites
