Job Summary
As a member of the Protech Professional Services team, the Solution Consultant will have a passion for helping association customers achieve functionality goals using methodologies that are consistent with Protech's technology roadmap. The role requires a solid understanding of how to gather business requirements and an ability to translate into functional specifications and solutions that provide value to our clients. The role also requires a solid understanding of design fundamentals and an ability to translate design direction into visually compelling online content. This includes the ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas to association staff and provide end-User technical training. This is a customer facing role, and hence the candidate is expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions remotely, document functional requirements and obtain customer approval to proceed
• Engage with Protech clients to understand their project, identify project requirements including data conversion, data analysis and overall project goals
• Configure customer's web portal using Protech web parts according to customer requirements
• Implement styling on client's web portals using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and Protech web parts
• Utilize a uniform approach to building web/CMS design solutions that will ensure consistent support to clients
• Provide specialized services for clients with specific efforts which also requires troubleshooting problems and identifying solutions
• Work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 related projects including configurations, refactorization, support and other special projects
• Provide advice and communicate a clear vision on how best to achieve client's project goals utilizing tools, applications and methodologies that will provide exceptional value to our clients
• Responsible for testing data received from customer for format accuracy and conversion definitions
• Continuously study emerging tools, technology and business practices for the association marketplace, and the application of these tools and practices
• Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of real-world consulting, technical writing, or teaching experience
• Solid technical skills, specifically regarding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Technical writing documentation experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or association staff experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Single Sign-on (SSO) and API integration experience is a plus
• Must be details oriented with excellent organization skills
• Ability to work with various stakeholders and teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery by shifting priorities as needed
• Must be comfortable taking initiative to be productive and efficient, enjoy being hands-on, owning their role and ensuring the work is executed with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and an inherent desire to turn clients into "Raving Fans"

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.
