Software Technical and System Administration

Georgia SoftWorks is a SMB software development company immediately seeking a candidate with very strong system administration skills.

Ideal candidate would have extensive experience with administration of modern Windows Servers and strong networking skills. Solid working knowledge of web servers, Android OS, Database admin, Vmware ESXi, and other hypervisors desirable. Scripting, programming skill is a big plus.

Responsibility for management of company computers, operating systems, applications, communications and networking infrastructure. Should be experienced with corporate level backups including disaster recovery, offsite rotation and virus scanning software.

Duties will expand to include Technical Support for GSW developed products and other areas as ability demonstrates. This also includes any aspect of operating a small software business such as documentation, web and product development, general office work, and other tasks as needed. Inclusion in the after-hours support rotation duty is required.

Candidates must be an outgoing individual comfortable interacting with domestic and international companies in technical support role using phone, email, and web conferences.

A second language is beneficial but not required.
