Responsibilities
General responsibility consists of the production of software copies and licenses duplicated on the appropriate media with maximum efficiencies, whilst maintaining highest standards on product quality level and on time delivery of completed products as per the customer required delivery dates.
The best candidate will ensure the correct and timely processing of all orders and request for Software/firmware duplication, upon receipt of the authorization and/or subsequent production order(s) in conformance with requirements and specifications received from both internal and external customers. Provide and maintain correct and adequate inventory, status reports and subsequent required administration for firmware and related (raw material) stock, in compliance with the QA management systems defined.

- Excellent communication skills required
- Fluent verbal and written English required
- Service minded and professional attitude
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office tools
- Able to problem solve duplication download errors as needed
- Has excellent knowledge of SDC processes and is able to train new employees
- SAP knowledge required
- MBO+ level typically 2-5 years of experience in software/firmware processing
- Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level, to establish and maintain an efficient and broad logistics workforce
- Propose and implement possible process improvements to increase efficiency and services
- Work overtime as needed
- Able to obtain a NV Gaming License
- Able to pass a Security Background Investigation
- Must be at least 18 years of age

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,400- $97,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
