Job Summary
The Software Development Team Lead will lead a cross-functional agile development team working on enterprise grade software systems. This role will be a split of team leadership and hands-on coding.
Responsibilities:- Guide team of Developers and QA towards successful project delivery
- Lead agile team meetings (standup, planning, backlog refinement)
- Coach and mentor Developers on creating high quality software solutions
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture within their team
- Contribute high quality code to production
- Write technical requirements and user stories alongside the BA team
- Provide level 3 support to stakeholders and application support when needed
- Work with IT Leadership on long term strategy and system architecture
- 4+ years’ experience in Software Development
- Demonstrated understanding of how to run an Agile Development Team
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions
- Great communication and organization skills
- Experience leading Agile Software Development Teams
- Experience with the Microsoft .NET Stack (.NET Core)
- Experience building solutions with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Releases, Pipelines, Git)
- Understanding of Domain Driven Design & Clean Architecture
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, etc…)
- Comfortable working in a CI/CD environment
- Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) databases
