This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Consistent innovation and the adoption of new technologies and techniques will be a standard expectation. You will be working on the expansion of existing products as well as new ways to leverage our data and business intelligence in new solutions. You will get opportunities for full-stack development with web services, microservices, distributed architectures, SQL databases, data transformations, and web UIs. Our customers rely on our software as mission-critical to their business. We explore and adopt better ways to deliver that value and expand our offerings to continue a long track record of meeting and exceeding expectations. As part of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with fellow developers and architects as well as business, deployment, and support counterparts.

Here are a few key behaviors and experiences we are looking for:
  • Software development skills for enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience with the SOLID Principles and Clean Code.
  • Experience with or an openness to working in an Agile driven DevOps oriented software development environment.
  • Quality focused development approach with experience in Unit Testing.
  • Experience with the consumption, exposure, and creation of RESTful, gRPC or GraphQL services.
  • Experience with development frameworks (.Net, .Net Core and .Net Standard) and C#.
  • Familiarity with Containerized Microservices on premises or in the cloud.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database programming.
  • A high motivation to solve complex problems in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular or Vue).

Responsibilities:
  • Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, debugs, tests, and documents programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects, providing development estimates as needed.
  • Work as part of a Scrum team to deliver technology solutions in an Agile fashion including but not limited to sprint planning, standup calls, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
  • Assists in third-level support of applications once delivered into Production.
  • Conduct unit, component, contract, load, performance, and integration testing.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, MS preferred.
  • 2 years working within a .NET environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Object-oriented or functional programming and design patterns, advanced and scalable web applications, and APIs.
  • Excellent analysis, design, writing, and communication skills required.
  • Experience with microservice principles and practices.
  • Experience with .NET standard libraries.
  • Experience working with SQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $78,500 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
