• 
  A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or similar field; LCSW preferred
• Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services
• Previous experience in behavioral health preferred
• Minimum one year internship or experience in a similar position and/or industry
• Proficient in software applications
• Ability to manage stress appropriately
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
