About Us:
Monarch Staffing Solutions is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company. Our client is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with locations in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb County. They provide comprehensive integrated health services and uses a patient-centered approach to identify, support, and promote the overall health of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Summary: Provide human services activities, case management and/or supports coordination services. May implement and/or develop program activities and advocacy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provides case management services in consumers’ residences and at program.
- Conducts intakes and submits recommendations for suggested treatment.
- Provides individual and group therapy to respond to consumer’s needs.
- Must maintain a case load that is audit ready at all times.
- Must maintain accurate and sufficient documentation to permit successful entering into Electronic
- Medical Records (EMR) and allow for timely billing.
- Writes, maintains and submits accurate, complete and timely documentation (daily progress notes, consumer records, vehicle records, accident reports, incident reports) to ensure quality, service compliance with the IPOS and with funders.
- Keep abreast of all required trainings including CPR, First Aide, Recipient Rights, and Person-Centered Planning.
- Complies with Corporate Compliance Standards.
- Ensures that consumers receive regular assessments and that services are provided in an integrated program.
- Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy to consumers with co-occurring disorders.
- Facilitate crisis intervention, conflict resolution and stress management.
- Responds immediately to emergencies.
- Make referrals to supportive services.
- Collaborate with other persons/groups including families, staff and community service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess high level of interpersonal skills necessary to provide mental health services to consumers and their identified natural support systems.
- Psychosocial assessment risk factor analysis and treatment planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and time management.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Physical Demands/Work Conditions
- Physical, mental and emotional condition adequate for performance of the work.
- May require evening and weekend working hours in addition to assignments in the community.
- Ability to travel in the tri-county and other areas.
- May require reliable transportation to carry out job duties.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
Experience Required
- Moderate use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet navigation.
- Working in Community Mental Health including co-occurring disorder
Preferred
- One year of experience in Community Mental Health including co-occurring disorders.
- One year of experience in a non-profit agency.

- National Association of Social Workers (NASW) membership.
Preferred:
- CADC or CAADC
