TypoDuctions is a digital marketing agency with a primary niche market in the healthcare industry. Our social media dept. is in need of a qualified Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for overall client satisfaction and ensuring our clients always SHINE ONLINE.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a holistic understanding of your accounts’ health and standing with the company, across all platforms and within each department.
- Meet/exceed client expectations; strive for “above and beyond” performance at all times
- Project management
- Develop creative solutions and new ideas to bring your clients greater success
- Retaining clients through proactive outreach and anticipating potential concerns.
- De-escalate client issues in high-pressure situations
- Fostering an environment of accountability and excellence within your team
- Meeting weekly with the AM Team and Supervisor to reflect, identify obstacles and set goals for success
- Maintaining a task list using project management software with NO overdue tasks
- Monitoring chats and responding to pictures, media and questions from clients within company-expected timeframe
- Sending proactive prompts to clients who may struggle with sending media
- De-escalating clients and fixing mistakes (with the support of your SO team) that are pointed out by the client
- Proactively anticipating mistakes to avoid client escalations
- Celebrate successes by sharing great posts and successful review removals on the chats
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a client success or sales background
- Must have experience working with project management software (ActiveCollab preferred)
- Must possess self-confidence and strong leadership skills
- Ability to "roll with the punches" and ensure to make every situation work to the best of the client's needs
- Experience in Graphic Design/Content Creation required
- Excellent and independent problem-solving skills
- Experience in G-suite a plus
- Experience nurturing and developing relations with clients
