Social Media & Influencer Coordinator
Position Description:
Under the supervision of the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Social Media & Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for the management of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks related to a results-driven social media strategy
- Liaise with cross functional teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across a variety of channels
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Work with social media management tools to track data and prepare reports on usage and interactions and capture key analytics
- Responsible for posting, management, and measurement of our various social media channels
- Collaborate with marketing team to build and manage a rich social media/marketing calendar including consumer emails, discounts, and website interaction
- Maintain a social media posting frequency in line with the sales and marketing calendar
- Create graphics and social media posts using design tools like Canva, when needed
- Uphold brand identity, awareness, and reputation of company through social media
- Capture new audiences, distribute new content and marketing media for placement on social media
- Develop and produce engaging video, photo, and written content targeted to specific demographics and audiences across a variety of social media platforms
- Monitor and moderate social media content, inquiries, and feedback during business and non-business hours
- Identify relevant influencers and coordinate product sampling and engagement and build relationships on various platforms
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns and execute strategies
- Research and document relevant industry experts and influencers
- Recruit influencers and create partnerships with support of supervisor
- Support influencer partners with content, insights, and deadlines
- Communicate trends, themes, and feedback gained from influencer interactions with supervisor and founder of Crazy Aaron’s to continue to develop the social media engagement strategy
 Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate clear, consistent messages across a variety of media
- Strong analytic skills to assess data from various sources
- Self-starter and results-oriented
- Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of contacts
- Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
- Extremely organized with excellent project/time management skills
- Potential to work on other special projects outside of marketing and events when/where needed
- Potential to travel to trade shows or influencer events
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks without continual oversight
- Familiarity with range of social media platforms, social listening and community management tools, and paid social knowledge is beneficial
- Good photography and videography skills consistent with producing social media content
- A can-do attitude
- A desire to be creative, push the envelope, and have FUN
