Job Purpose

Natural Life is seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to assist us as we grow our brand by creating, planning and implementing our social media’s online presence. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has excellent attention to detail and their finger on the pulse with social media platforms. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in data analysis. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of your campaigns. You will understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage our Social Media Channel Strategy, optimizing our current platforms and developing strategic POVs on new channel opportunities (TikTok, Pinterest, YT, etc.)
  • Ensure content and copy supports the brand voice and aesthetic in a compelling, engaging and genuine way
  • Design and execute innovative social media strategies in addition to developing organic campaigns that deliver measurable business results across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. These strategies will expand brand awareness, drive customer growth, build follower acquisition and increase conversion on naturallife.com
  • Handle day to day “to-do’s” of all social media channels, including giveaways, weekend posting, sharing user gen content, behind the scenes office life, and engaging with followers. Collaborate across departments to tell brand stories and use internal resources. (Collaboration will include CEO, Customer Experience Team, Marketing, and PD amongst others!)
  • Increase revenue directly attributed to organic social
  • Manage the social asset creation process and the day-to-day execution of social media posts while ensuring “social voice” messaging & assets are on-brand, consistent in terms of creativity, style, quality, and tone of voice
  • Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, and optimizations across all social platforms
  • Implement and monitor social platforms with key benchmarks/ KPIs in order to measure the impact and effectiveness of social media efforts
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Brand, Digital, PR, Creative, Product, Marketing, and Merchandising to create monthly social content strategy and to ensure goals are aligned.
  • Recommend additional authentic storytelling opportunities in partnership with the product and planning teams
  • Respond to or resolve inquiries with our Customer Experience team for all customer comments, in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with CEO and Manager on final content for blog posts, write and coordinate blog post

Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing or Business degree preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in content and social media management preferably with a Retail, DTC and/or consumer products brand.
  • Creative thinker with excellent writing, editing and communication skills; Able to inspire, communicate, and collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the team in order to build actionable plans and execute projects
  • PR experience nice to have.
  • Broad knowledge of social media, digital media, and earned media with a strategic understanding of marketing campaigns and digital media plan development.
  • Photography, video and graphic editing skills a plus, along with confidence working with Adobe Creative Suite and other visual and audio editing tools
  • A resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to track KPIs and assess performance to improve and optimize output
  • Passionate about building a brand with purpose

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.52 - $24.42 per hour
